Great Dental Benefits

GHI’s program has everything you need to put a smile on your face, including:

• Paid-in-full benefits, with no copayments or deductibles, for preventive and diagnostic services received from GHI network dentists.
• Paid-in-full benefits, subject to deductibles and coinsurance, for many complex and costly services received from GHI network dentists, including root canals, periodontal procedures, dentures and denture repairs, and surgical extractions, including related anesthesia or IV sedation.*
• Access to more than 5,200 network dentists, including more than 900 specialists, located across New York State. You can see any of them without a referral.
• Reimbursement for covered services performed by out-of-network dentists based on the GHI Preferred Plus allowance.
