Minors
Your privacy on the Internet is BR's utmost concern. We gather
certain types of information about the users of our site, and want you
to fully understand the type of information collected about you and how
that information is used.
Below you will find our guidelines
for defining the type of information gathered and how that information
is used by us.
These guidelines, effective August 2002, have been developed with the understanding that Internet
technologies are constantly evolving and that these guidelines are subject
to change. As our privacy policy changes, we will update that information
here.
1. Information That BR Gathers and Tracks
BR gathers two types of information about users: (A) data that is
gathered in aggregate by collecting page usage and visitation information,
and (B) data that is collected through voluntary submission on our site
in order to provide financial service solutions at our user's request.
(A) Non-voluntary Aggregate Information
Non-voluntary usage information is aggregated web site information such
as page usage, hit counts, etc. This information will not provide us with
information regarding the identity of users of our site. Rather, the information
is used to measure interest in the various areas of our site. This information
helps us to determine overall usage patterns and assists us in revising
our site's content and performance.
(B) Voluntarily Supplied Individual Information
In order to assist our users in obtaining financial service solutions,
we will collect information relating to an individual, or in some cases,
to a group of individuals. This information will only be shared with third
parties (such as insurance companies and authorized agents) in
order to obtain the financial service solution(s) requested by our users. This information consists of, but
is not limited to, name, address and other particular individual information.

2. Use of the Information
BR uses the information collected in aggregate to determine
which pages our users have visited and the
content in which they're most interested. Furthermore, we will use
tracking information to determine a site's performance level to help us
better understand the ability of our systems to deliver information to
our users.
BR uses the information that has been voluntarily supplied by our
users for purposes of obtaining financial service solutions.

3. Sharing of the Information
BR does not share information about individuals, except information
voluntarily supplied by our users in order to obtain financial service
solutions.
4. Minors
Minors are not eligible to use BR's service nor does BR market products intended for use by minors. We request that minors
do not provide us with any personal information. If you are a minor you
may use this service only in conjunction with a parent or guardian.
